Shipping within the continental United States

For orders placed via www.bibles.com we are pleased to offer several methods for your shipping convenience. At the point of check-out you will be able to select the method that you would prefer for shipment. Shipping costs are based on the quantity/weight of the shipment, as well as its destination. There is a $2.75 handling fee that will be automatically charged for each order and state sales tax will be incurred where applicable.

Shipping to Canada

Currently, we offer Fed Ex International Ground shipping to our Canadian customers. This method takes from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location in Canada. We will add GST or HST (when applicable) to your order if you process it on our site. Free resource items are available in the US only. Please contact the Canadian Bible Society (www.biblesociety.ca) for a complete selection of free resource items.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is valid for online orders of $150.00 or more. Handling fees and applicable taxes are additional. Standard shipping offer valid in contiguous US only and does not apply to free resource items. Not valid with any other offers or custom imprint orders.

Returns

The American Bible Society is happy to offer a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy where if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call 1-800-32-BIBLE for return or refund authorization within 90 days of receipt of order.

Return Policy

RETURNS: All standard catalog merchandise may be returned to the American Bible Society within 90 days of the invoice date. Pre-authorization from the American Bible Society is required before any merchandise can be returned. Please call our toll free Customer Service Department at 1-800-32-BIBLE to obtain your pre-authorization number. In order to receive proper credit from your return, please include the original invoice number. If the invoice number is not provided, and if case lot items were ordered, credit will be based on the case lot price. All returned merchandise must be in clean, re-sellable condition. Any stickered, shopworn and out of print items are not acceptable.

RETURNS FROM COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTORS: All standard catalog merchandise may be returned to the American Bible Society within 12 months of the invoice date. Please follow all of the other instructions for returns as indicated above.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If you receive an order from the American Bible Society that is damaged, please notify us within ten business days of the receipt of your order. You may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-32-BIBLE to assist you in the return of damaged merchandise. Please remember, you must have a pre-authorization number to return any merchandise, so do not forget to contact us first!

BACKORDERS: If an item is backordered; it will appear on the invoice in the quantity backorder field. On occasion, if another item appropriately fits the original order, we may make a substitution. A separate invoice will be mailed to you after the backorder has been filled.

MULTI-CARTON ORDERS: If your order was shipped in more than one carton, each carton will be marked accordingly. For example "1 of 1" would indicate 1 carton out of 1 carton shipped, "1 of 2" would indicate 1 carton out of 2 cartons shipped, etc. Please remember that multi-carton orders are not always delivered on the same day.

GRANT ORDERS: All of the terms regarding merchandise return time and condition of merchandise, also apply for Grant orders.

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES: If the product is damaged in-transit or the result of American Bible Society error, American Bible Society will reimbrse the usual parcel post rate. In the event of any "Rush" delivery or "Special Handling" request, American Bible Society will not reimburse any additional shipping charges.

INVOICE TOTAL: This indicates the cost of the products that you have received with that particular shipment. Please return the upper portion of the invoice with your payment.

AMOUNT RECEIVED: This indicates any remittances (payment) received to date for that particular order.

IMPORTANT: Please do not forget to reference your account number when placing an order by telephone, fax, mail or via the Internet. Also, please do not forget to include your account number on any payment, or correspondence to the American Bible Society. This will enable us to process your request quickly and effectively.
